Your individuality also plays a role in your health. As a matter of fact, we are genetic predispose to certain diseases, maladies, and defects. Conversely, we also can benefit from our genetic code. Whether it is our body style or down to a microscopic level of the quantity of key enzymes in our muscles, our individual genetics play part in our health.

Yet, your genetics are only a proportion of your health equation.  Nonetheless, understanding your genetic attributes can pave the way for determining what activity or exercise patterns will best suit you. They are unique in their physiology and their training is suited towards that end. You are also unique.
