Stop Just Stop! Why Your Health And Wealth Are Dwindling

Fast food

Calorie over abundance and a never ceasing system to put wealth before health. Yet, why do we not see how we destroy our only bodies.

Financially, we are the ones losing while fast food, restaurants and health care gain. It seems easy to break but why are we bound to this life of poor health.

Over one third of adults consume fast food on a given day. Additionally, McFatties serves 75 burgers ever second. Now, that is McNasty. To further how much we consume, consider that in the U.S. fast food revenues are about 110 billion each year. That is a lot of waste. Wasteful spending and waste of worthless calories that is.

It is time to rid ourselves of this wasteful spending and our oversized waistlines. Here are 4 ways to make this a reality.

  1. Make a budget. You can make two, in fact. One for monetary purposes and the other for caloric count. This will help you limit those fast food cravings from both angles.
  2. Stash that cash. Along the budget line, but in this instance, calculate how much you spend on average per visit. Once you know that number, every time you skip that burger and fry combo meal put that money towards a get away or some item you wanted.

3. Add more nutritious foods to your menu. And, remember “bad foods in your cart clog your heart.” Use your money wisely for foods that give quality nutrients to your body. Stop gambling your health because that is what we do every time we stop for that “99 cent heart attack.”

4. Smart choices every day, hour, minute. Check out our blog on small choices yielding big results. This is a really simple concept yet it takes will power to follow through. Ultimately, every choice you make decide whether it benefits your health. And, in this instance, does it benefit your wealth too.

Rise and shine, my fitness friends!
